Dravantis provides digital content protection services including but not limited to content monitoring, detection of unauthorized distribution, enforcement and takedown services, intelligence and analytics, and IPTV protection. The specific services provided to each client are defined in individual service agreements.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and authorizations to request content protection services. You agree not to misuse our services or attempt to access them through unauthorized means.
All content, features, and functionality of the Dravantis website and services are owned by Dravantis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Dravantis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
